Chen Zhi, the founder and leader of one of the largest organized international fraud networks, responsible for deceiving and causing financial losses to thousands of victims across Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, India, and many Arab and European countries, has been arrested and handed over to judicial authorities in China.

Over the past few years, this network has exploited the names of well-known global brands through fraudulent and deceptive websites, including Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, Facebook Mall, TikTok Shop, and Noon Shop.

We are proud to confirm that MALLSCAM.COM has played a highly effective role in exposing this network globally and raising awareness among victims. Through sustained efforts, we have successfully prevented millions of dollars from being paid to this fraudulent operation by potential victims around the world.

A list of these scam websites is published on our website. Although, under the pressure of our investigations and exposure, the network has continuously changed its domains and many of them are no longer accessible, their technical details have been preserved and remain available for documentation and legal proceedings.

What is MALL platform?

There is a platform called MALL with various websites, all of which are fundamentally fraudulent.

MALL platform pretends, "MALL is an intelligent cloud global order matching center with a sense of mission, which plays an important role in major e-commerce platforms around the world. Currently, MALL maintains close strategic partnership with Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, Souq, Jumia, Maxfashion and Daraz. Cooperation, Blocking traffic through online vacuuming, updating layered product information through digital product reconstruction, enabling scenarios and enhancing competitiveness. MALL uses an intelligent cloud algorithm engine to accurately match buyers and users with established merchants and automatically match transactions, allowing many established merchants to stand out in the fierce business competition. MALL is not a single cloud shopping platform. Its greatest value lies in allowing consumers to earn commissions through free sharing while shopping normally. Merchants will have a promoter at the same time they pick up the order. With its leading 5G intelligent cloud matching technology, MALL has helped countless merchants and consumers".

They also pretend that their company is registered in the UK and demand VAT payments, but they neither provide company registration number nor VAT number.

How does MALL platform work?

MALL platform contacts people via Telegram and WhatsApp by using different numbers from countries such as the USA, France, the UK, Germany, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, The Emirates, Sudan, and others. They target victims under the pretense of offering travel opportunities to the country of the victim.

They then offer jobs on this platform, promising high income and commission, creating false hopes to lure their victims. They convince individuals to create accounts on this platform.

Initially, they gift $50 as a reward to these accounts, which in reality is a form of fake invoicing.

Then, the victim is encouraged to install specific digital wallets and fund their account using cryptocurrency. They instruct victims to purchase Tether (USDT) and transfer it via the TRC-20 network. Additionally, they frequently change the platform’s digital wallet address for each payment. This method is designed to make the platform’s financial transactions untraceable.

Moreover, they encourage the victim to fund their account and receive fake orders from websites like Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress ... to earn commissions.

Initially, the victim can withdraw a small commission a few times after funding their account. However, once they are sure the victim is trapped, they push them to complete fake orders. At this point, the victim is forced to pay more money.

They even assist in paying the victim, while it is actually just a way to generate fake invoices. After the fake orders are completed, they do not allow the victim to withdraw their funds and demand more money under the pretext of paying taxes. They pretend that their company is registered in the UK and demand VAT payments, but they neither provide company registration number nor VAT number.

As a result, it becomes clear that the entire business is fraudulent. After paying the VAT, they still do not allow withdrawals and block all the victim’s funds under various excuses.
